Our new office is now open

As of Thursday, October 15, 2026, aviation medicals and consultations take place at our new office:

Suite 302A, 220 Dundas Street West, Whitby, Ontario L1N 8M7

The office is in the Dundas-Centre Medical building. The entrance is at the southwest corner, at ground level, and an elevator takes you up to the suite. There is an Indigo paid parking lot behind the building, entered from Byron Street North or from Centre Street North (one-way southbound), as well as municipal lots on the east side of Byron Street North and paid street parking.

Appointments are by booking only; we are not able to see walk-in patients. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 11:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

More flexibility for appointments

Our new dedicated space gives us more room in the schedule seven days a week, so last-minute requests can often be accommodated. To get the date and time that suits you best, we still recommend booking a month or more ahead, especially for renewals.

A new website

We have also rebuilt aviationmedicine.ca to make it easier to find what you need before your medical. On the new site you will find:

• A clear guide to the four medical certificate categories, with an updated chart of exam, ECG and hearing test requirements

• Links to the current Transport Canada forms, plus Transport Canada's health and wellness guides on sleep and stress management

• Our consulting services for pilots and air traffic controllers, including advice on medical concerns, returning to work and the application process for new applicants

• This blog, where we will share updates on our services and on Transport Canada medical requirements
