Formal consultations are held in person. Quick questions can often be answered by phone, but anything complex is best discussed at an appointment.

With your consent, Dr Lombardi can also contact Transport Canada on your behalf.

Transport Canada makes all final decisions on medical certification for pilots and air traffic controllers. A consultation gives you expert guidance, but it cannot guarantee a particular outcome.

Fees

• Existing clients with a valid medical certificate: consultations are included in your medical certification fee.

• New clients, or clients whose medical certificate has expired: fees are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
